Midland Athletic Company (MAC) is here to promote fitness and wellness in the community of Midland-Odessa and surrounding area. Midland Athletic Company is a fitness footwear, apparel, and events company that provides elite products and services for people to be able to perform at their top level in whatever they do. The expert team at MAC provides an experience second to none. Building a community of fit and healthy partners, newbies to professional athlete and having fun while doing it is who we are.

The MAC team members are experts in all the products in the store. They are trained to provide the best fitting experience possible to ensure the proper shoe for your foot type.

Midland Athletic Company is locally owned by Martin and Jennifer Vega while they love the fitness and wellness industry the Vega family loves being able to serve the community of Permian Basin with a heart full of grace and love. With a missionary and evangelism mindset, they strive to have a company that gives all the credit back to Jesus Christ for all the accomplishments and good that comes through MAC. Martin: likes to run, he has completed multiple 50k runs and two 50 mile runs and once did a half-marathon trail run with a 100lb weight vest. Most of his programing consists of running, crossfit and hiking as much as he can. His favorite hiking spots are Guadalupe Mountains NP and Big Bend NP. Martin has a heart to serve, he serves in the local schools in any capacity they need him and is the college and young professionals Bible class teacher at his Church.


Jen: played sports in high school and has always been one to be active. She coached volleyball at Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano while studying at Dallas Baptist University. She was a public school teacher for 4 years, then decided she wanted to be more involved at her Church.  She can be found teaching women’s small groups in her Church or serving wherever needed.Jen’s workout programs consist of interval training. She enjoys TABATA and crossfit type workouts.
