Pelvic Physical Therapy

Dr. Stephanie Oscilowski is passionate about educating and providing patients the guidance, and tools to empower the healing process by improving understanding of the role of the pelvic floor, how to use it, and strengthening the core.  She is also the proud owner of Inertia Pelvic PT.  Having suffered from dysfunction herself, Stephanie understands how intimate and personal this experience can be for patients and the impact it has on our lives. She is honored to participate in the healing process.

Stephanie received her doctoral education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Medicine. Stephanie continues to participate in additional training to provide the most comprehensive evidence-based care to her patients.

Nutrition Therapy

Karen Whiteman is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with the Nutritional Therapy Association. She has a passion for helping people address nutritional deficiencies and sensitivities so that they can have more energy and focus to live out the days ahead.
